WFI's Distribution Policy -
WFI offers its products through distributors who in turn
resell to dealers/installers. We have two types of distributors:
- Exclusive Distributors, whom we consider partners and are granted
exclusive territories for select/all of
our flooring lines. These distributors, labeled MarketPartners, require distributor
agreements which spell out the expectations and responsibilities of both parties.
- Non-Exclusive Distributors, whom we work closely with trying to
grow into MarketPartners, may overlap some/all of
their territory with other Non-Exclusive distributors to whom we also sell.
Note: In a few areas, where WFI is the process of setting
up distribution, WFI supplies the market directly as we build local
distribution in that area.
