our firm commitment to your privacy.
Wood Flooring International does not share, rent or sell any
information collected on this site with any other
party ! The following discloses our information
gathering and dissemination practices for our

On our site we collect information as
follows:

We have numerous forms which you
can fill out to request additional information
about our products and services.

We have a form which can be filled
out to be added to our mailing list.

We have a Sample Store from which
you can order samples and sales tools.

We have a Distributors Only
section and a Suppliers Only section, which
requires you to pre-register to obtain a username
and password to access certain proprietary
information.
From each of the above, Wood Flooring International will use
the information you give us, such as your name,
address and e-mail address, and use that information
internally to send you the requested information. We
will also add you to an internally maintained
appropriate mailing list from which we may fax/e-mail
or direct mail you information in the future about us
and our products. You may opt-out of these mailings at
any time and we provide that option in each mailing to
you.
From our Sample Store, we also collect
your credit card information and use this information
only to collect the monies due from the sale of the
items you bought from us. This is handled through a

Wood Flooring International's web site contains links to other
sites that will have different privacy policies. We are responsible for the privacy practices or the
content of our linked web sites.
Product Return/Refund Policy
When merchandise is returned, it will be
accepted by Wood Flooring International under the following conditions:

A Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number to return material must be requested through our office
and received in advance of any returns. No returns shall be accepted
without a RMA.

Merchandise returned must be in good
condition as credit cannot be allowed for broken packages, dirty,
warped, weathered, picked over, or used materials. It is the
customer's responsibility to protect materials while in their
possession and when preparing the goods for return.

A 15% handling charge will be
deducted on all merchandise returned. Customers must supply a copy of
their invoice when returning merchandise as well as an RMA in order to
secure proper credit. Special and/or custom ordered merchandise is
not returnable.

Return freight is the responsibility of
the customer as is the original cost of the freight to you.

All complaints on quantity shortages or
quality issues must be made to our office immediately, before the
material is used/installed. See

Merchandise must be returned within 30
days.

Refunds will be processed immediately
after receipt of goods by us.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the
opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications
from us whenever we contact you whether by mail,
e-mail or by fax. To not receive future communications
