Wood Flooring International
(WFI), Delran, NJ, has recently acquired the assets of
Mintec Corporation (Bamtex), a bamboo flooring company based
in Towson, Maryland.

Bamtex, one of the oldest names in bamboo specializes in bamboo
flooring. Offering natural and carbonized color choices, as
well as horizontal and vertical construction formats to show
the different, yet true essences of bamboo.
Bamtex is expanding under WFI to offer bamboo in solid unfinished &
pre-finished offerings, in engineered formats with clic and
regular tongue and groove formats, in the new “strand” solid
bamboo format, all complimented by a complete line of
accessories.
